Specialist drafting and analysis
Much of our time is dedicated to the drafting of commercial documents. These are sometime based on precedents and sometimes constructed from scratch. The areas covered are almost as varied as life itself. Sometimes the parties are related but often not. Jurisdictional matters are often fundamental in these agreements, where one or more of the parties may be an offshore company controlled from another jurisdiction than that in which it is incorporated.
We are experienced in drafting all manner of commercial agreement, including leases, franchise agreements, licences, shareholder and partnership agreements, compromises, deeds in settlement of disputes.
